As part of Time Away Group’s family of companies, Time Away Transportation Services (TATS) is a local transportation provider focused on helping mobilize residents of the community. After noticing the lack of consistent and reliable transportation options for those who are unable to drive, our founders set out to build a service for those who are in need of vital mobility services. Having lived and utilized public and private transportation options in big cities and rural towns, we understand the delicate balance between reliability, comfort, affordability, and safety.
What We Do
TATS is a revolutionary transportation company focused on making sure passengers get from Point A to Point B on their terms and on their budget. Our hybrid booking system was designed to meet the needs of everyone regardless of age or technical capabilities. We offer US-based phone dispatching and customer service options for those more accustomed to “calling a cab,” as well as the convenience of app-based booking (similar to Uber or Lyft), advanced booking, and recurring trip reservations. Whether you need to shop in the Honesdale area, visit a medical provider, or shuttle a large group to and from a local venue, we have a solution to get you there safely.
